Davenport Project

The Davenport Project brought bold color and modern updates to a primary bathroom renovation. Working within the existing footprint, we expanded the vanity to span the entire wall, adding a subtle bump-out for depth and visual interest.

The drop-in tub was replaced with a sleek freestanding tub, and the shower received a major upgrade with a bench, stunning blue tile, and his-and-hers showerheads. The result is a vibrant, functional space that perfectly balances style and practicality.

Shields Project

The Shields Project is where it all began—the renovation that inspired the creation of our design studio. As the original "Fish House," this project modernized a classic Craftsman-style home by replacing heavy wood details with sleeker, more contemporary designs while still honoring its roots.

We renovated the kitchen, dining room, living room, entryway, utility room, and three bathrooms, adding thoughtful touches like board and batten wall treatments to maintain subtle Craftsman charm. This project set the tone for our design philosophy: blending timeless character with modern functionality.
